How do I redeem my Groupon for services?
The groupon will act as a voucher toward our services and we will deduct the groupon from your order total.
Simply enter your Groupon number into our online order form coupon code section. Make sure you enter it without the "#" sign, but include the hyphen.

Do not use #3239567-0-1 | Use 3239567-0-1.
The computer will automatically deduct the amount from your billing total. If you are using our offline order forms, please enter the Groupon number in the coupon code section. We will deduct the amount when we process your order in house. Remember to include your printed groupon when you ship your order to us!
How much can I transfer with my Groupon?

Can I send in an order that is over $100 worth of services?
The answer is yes! Just send us your films, videotapes, and slides and we will bill any extra services to your credit card!
How many Groupons can I use?
The fineprint on the Groupon coupon is that (1) Groupon may be bought per person. However, it also states the (1) may be purchased as a gift. In detail, this means that if you purchased (2) Groupons only (1) may be used under your name and shipping address, as in the fineprint one per household. The other Groupon may be given to friends or family under a separate address. If more than (1) Groupon is used under the same account, one of the coupons will be null and void and the full amount will be applied. If you do not wish to proceed with the order, you may be charged a cancellation fee.
Does my Groupon expire?
Yes it does. If you have not used your Groupon by the expiration date the Groupon will still be valid and revert to the amount you originally paid for it ($40).
Are there any limitations in using my Groupon?
As stated on the groupon, it can be used for transfer related services only. Purchasing of hard drives and shipping costs are not part of the offer. (You may however, purchase a hard drive for your order at an additional cost).
